Description
M&R Trucking, Inc. has an immediate opening for a full-time Accounts Receivable Clerk.
Duties and Responsibility:
- Prepare tickets from field to be organized and invoiced.
- Prepare invoices daily in accordance with company processes.
- File invoices daily.
- Provide back up support to other staff.
- Answer phones
- Complete other duties that may be assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school degree or equivalent.
- Accounts Receivable knowledge and processes.
- General accounting knowledge.
- Customer service.
- Microsoft Office: Excel w/ Macros, Access database.
- Knowledge of a general accounting software.
- Strong organizational skills.
- 10 Key calculator skills.
- Intermediate computer skills.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience required.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test.
- background check.
Additional information:
- Pay rate depending on experience.
- Monday through Friday.
- 8 am to 5 pm.
- Hourly position.
- Full time.
